Definitely try the cleaning procedure first. Yours should be one that
can be disassembled and cleaned per the instructions.
If this doesn't fix your idle, and you're convinced it's the IAB, you
can pick up a new one pretty reasonably from different retailers.
Also, make sure any time you do any work on your car and/or reset the
battery you go through the idle set procedure.
