I blame Michelin. It is their fault. FIA could NOT let them change tires or
the Bridgestone teams would be at a disadvantage.

I can't believe what I am seeing. 6 cars at Indy for the F1 race,
Michelin can't build a tire for a track they have know the specifics of
for years and even with the resurface/grinding, they should have had
time to react.
F1 management can't come to a compromise that would have kept 145,000
fans happy.
The track apparently was willing to put in a chicane to slow cars down
in the banked turn so Michelin tires would have less chance of the type
of failure that happened during practice. But FIA and F1 could not agree.
All Michelin tired teams came into the pits at the end of the formation
lap and 6 Bridgestone tired cars will complete the race.
I am amazed that so far about 10 laps in I have only seen one water
bottle thrown on the track. I worry about riots.
F1 does not deserve an American race. It is a shame for the drivers.
