I have always wanted to do this to get back at Harley riders that get 
joy  from riding past a car with an open window and then twisting the 
throttle to burst an eardrum.

I try to roll up the window or plug my ears when one goes past.  I would 
love to have an airhorn setup like you are working on to come up behind 
a harley rider after he/she does this and blast THEM.  NOT, the ones 
that have legal exhaust systems or the ones that ride by normally, just 
the jerks.  And that goes for rice rockets too with loud exhaust.
