You might consider pointing them into the air horn, the extra huff might be  
good for half a second in the quarter.
 
I have mounted two of those "spray can" football game plastic air  horns (big 
and little) on my ol' two smoker RD400 that allow ME to scare the  crap out 
of some cager who isn't paying attention and changes lanes into me or  turns in 
front of me.  I plumbed them to one of those aluminum "refill  and pump it up 
yourself" spray can thingies pumped to 150psi and trigger it  with a 12v 
solenoid valve like a mini nitrous valve.  Only get a couple of  long blasts out 
of it, but usually that's the most I'd need on one commute and  they are WAY 
louder than any electric motorcycle horn I've heard.
