[Shotimes] flasher

In my 92 at least, the flasher is mounted in the midst of a rat's nest under 
the dash, by the driver's left knee.  I've got the dimmer and knee panels 
off.  I can see the flasher but it appears to be mounted using a screw whose 
head faces the firewall.  Looks like a CIB to get to.  Any tips?

I have to put in a new flasher.  Maybe I'll just pull the connector off the 
old one and leave the old flasher where it is.
