[Shotimes] convention registration

Kris,

Someone cancelled, and I assign the "next" registration i process to the 
lowest cancelled number.  Trying to prevent holes in the numbering 
system so I know how many cars their are.  Or maybe it is just my Virgo 
tendencies coming out that I need things all in a row?  :)
