[Shotimes] Gen3 Seats in a Gen2?

I have this set of so/so gen3 leather front seats. I was wondering how much
of a pain it would be to mount them to gen2 power motor rails and put them
in my Opal Frost? I know some people out there have done it, but I'm trying
to get a feel for how much work is involved. I really hate putting my sweaty
mudcovered arse in the car after mountain biking even with towels behind my
back and whatnot. 
 
So what all is involved? Thanks in advance
