[Shotimes] Hell-ish Screech Sound

I may be in the motor itself.  My driver's side rear quit working awhile
back so I tore it apart and it had gummed up and had water in the gears.  So
I cleaned it and put it back together and it made that noise after some time
passed and I assume water got in it again.  It has since stopped working
again and I have not torn into to look at it yet.  Your motors may be going
out.

The rear windows on my '92 make one hell of a screeching sound when I lower
them.The sound is worse than a school teacher scratching her finger nails
down a chalk board.Yikes!!!!!
Solution???Without taking off the door panel is there a quick fix?
