I've always preferred the late summer/early fall time away so that sounds
good to me.  It's just too hot during July and the beginning of August to be
standing in a 2 hour line.

 

We'll there's a few people on the list willing to go, but not enough to get
a good group discount.  There's a local car club called Exceed or something
to that effect that I was introduced to last Saturday, I'm going to make
mention of it to them.  There's a good 30 people in the club so far..it's
amazing how membership blooms when your dues are $0.

 

Consequently there's a few guys that would decimate even the most tuned SHO.
We're talking a 1st gen MR2 with a T3/T4 boosted to 21psi..and it's such a
sleeper, the only thing giving it away is the aftermarket exhaust.  Some guy
with a Silvia was claiming 10's, and although I doubt they were low 10's he
DID lay a patch in 3rd gear at low speed.
