[Shotimes] Car camera mount for convention

Several I've seen have attached to the rods that hold the head rest. That
mounts quite solidly and no roll cage needed!

Sounds like a good excuse to have a roll cage welded up with a camera
mount on it.  Maybe that would be beefy enough :)
