[Shotimes] Gen II seat backs - interchangable?

Thanks for the responses. Doesn't sound too promising.

The primary reason I was considering the swap was comfort. Prior to my purchasing it the driver's seat back had been worn to a contour that doesn't suit my spine (or lack-there-of).
Anyone know if the 'structure' of the seat back lends itself to being refurbished?
