[Shotimes] strut braces...

I read somewhere on the SHOForum site that the front strut brace from a 
Neon will work as the rear strut brace on an SHO (w/o sub). Is this 
true? And, are there any braces for other cars that would work on the 
front? Just curious... i'm thinking about fabbing one up for myself... 
aircraft carriers have fully functional machine shops ;) (with CNC 
machines! and all for free! I love the navy).
