[Shotimes] fuel pressure issue

I think a 190lph pump can be pulled into "spec" by putting two power diodes in series with the pump.  This will cause a 1.4V drop across the pump which will reduce the flow capacity close to that of a 155lph pump.

That's what I'm planning on doing when I'm getting rid of my 255lph totally-overpowering-the-FPR pump.
