[Shotimes] No EATC

Ya, that was the second thing I checked. I ended up replacing the unit
yesterday which fixed the problem. I now have heat - which is very
useful for a Pittsburgher in March!!

 Plug on the back may be loose or unhooked. I would remove the EATC and
see what's happening behind it.
