I don't think anyone would want to swap out the V8 motor into an earlier 
body style.  (ducks from V8 SHO owners :)

If you gotta a sawzall go for it. Just make sure you put on some subframe 
connectors or you could be driving an accordian.

Has anyone swapped in a later model SHO(96-up) V8 into the early body style?
Is there a 5spd to mate to it?

Also how about a convertible, I know lincoln made a 4 door convert in the
60's, How about a SHO..
