[Shotimes] Wobbly Harmonic Balancer

Okay.  The underdrive pulleys I have must have been the newer type that
went on the accessories.  I tell you it was so long ago I can't even
remember!!!

Well, I've gotten all the belts off.  This part is completely f%^cked up. 
The actual pulley part rotates freely against the hub, which is quite
secure on the crankshaft, bits of rubber fell out of it, and there's a
good amount of metal shavings sitting on the subframe.  Tomorrow I should
be able to get the entire assembly off and then off to locate a
replacement.  And in case anyone was wondering, new ones are not to be
found easily.  Anything used at this point would be suspect to me just
because of the rubber...  I hope someone starts selling new ones soon.
