No, not the first car with a pop up spoiler.  

I know of 2 off hand.  (I think)

1:  McLaren F1, but it is really more of a braking spoiler/air dam. 
but it does pop up and down.

2:  Volkwagen Turbo Beetles had one I think.....

Nice video, methinks it was done with Windows Movie make based on the
text they used in certain shots, the overlay text and subtitles look
exactly like the work I have done with that program.
