Not to nit-pick, but the you have the engine shot labled as "4-valve V-6".
You should know better than that Joe!!!
My '91 PLUS has spent its whole life in NJ and been through MANY salty
winters and does not have the "typical Gen1 rust" under the tailights at the
body seams that you mention in your ad.
If you remember from your days here in NJ, not only do we "salt" the roads,
we also "sand" them. That pesky gravel gets everywhere imaginable in the
body, especially where the bumper covers meet the body. Whenever I wash the
car I push down on the bumper and give a good spray to flush out the gravel.
If you don't do that the vibrating bumper just grinds the gravel into the
metal body until the paint wears away, then you get rust.
The other area prone to "gravel-induced rust" is where the lower body
cladding meets the door. Not much you can do to pull the body cladding away
from the door, but I do give it a healthy spray there, too.
