Great,  I pinch a nerve about Pinewood Derby and here comes a big thread! 
Our troop used to run a Raingutter Regatta.  Our family changed it forever 
when we introduced the concept of the catamaran.  That's right, curse me if 
you like, I am the Dennis Conner of Cub Scouting.
