[Shotimes] PS install and other wierd problems

Ok I understand what you are saying.. here is a link to the picture of
what I DO still have from that area. This is the housing that was still
bolted on between the water pump and PS pump(I think). So I'm missing a
few parts to make it work with the belt. I have that 1 long screw in
there but nothing to put on it... I need to know exactly what to ask
for at the dealership parts dept. so I can fix this asap.

I am about 99% sure you will need to take the entire manifold off.
Even if you don't need to (have triple jointed fingers or something)
it should make life a lot easier.
Now on you missing piece, you are missing the pully and bearing, nut
and washer and spacer. likely it's all never to be found again out on
the road, but if it was a less travelled road, go back to your
location of clank and take a look for it. Otherwise you may be able
to get one at a parts store, but I have some doubts about that. Best
bet is to find someone parting out an engine and buy it from them.
Otherwise there are junkyards and the stealership. The rear pulley is
almost the same as the front, just a different width.
