[Shotimes] got parts!

I just acquired a red/mocha '94 ATX with the best looking seats I have 
ever, ever seen in an SHO. The driver's seat has not a crack on it, and 
the passenger's seat is mint. the rest of the car is... well, not so 
good. The tranny only goes into reverse, first and second, and the 
engine has bad rod bearings from sitting for so long (years). The body 
panels have recently been repainted (the owner also owns a body shop - 
convenient), front and back bumpers. The stereo components, the front 
bumper, the passenger front body cladding panel, the hood and the intake 
(for a little while) are all mine, but the rest of the car (especially 
the seats! I hate mocha) are all up for grabs. rear seat is also mint. 
Rest of the interior is... well, marginal, really. I don't know how the 
seats are so good. The moonroof control is crap, but I'm sure the motor 
is fine. the instrument cluster is fine, shows 135K miles. The slicers 
may or may not be good; they've been on flat tires for a year. Haven't 
seen the mechanicals other than the engine and tranny, so I don't know 
how they are. I'll actually get the car tomorrow so I'll take a better
