[Shotimes] Trusty '89 is back together and healthy

Dave,

There is no testing here in my part of the state, it's a track car for 
the most part now, chances are if testing starts here, I will just not 
license it.

There is a guy here that worked with Ford till recently, and lots of 
guys locally have had good results.  I will give him a try, and if it 
doesn't work out, here's hoping that Doug Lewis can bail me out!
