[Shotimes] strange no-start episode

If I had any money I would put it on the cam sensor. The backfire is
from mis-timing and the no tach is the giveaway.  I think the code will
be 214 (don't hold me to that).  All the symptoms are text book classic.

The part is about $30. from napa, probably less elsewhere. Should be
less than an hour installation. It is located on the passenger side of
the rear bank.  Been there, done that at about 63K.
