[Shotimes] Chasing belt noises

I've been chasing a noise coming from the accessory drive on my '97.  Changed
the PS pump twice, all the idlers are smooth spinning, the alternator is also
smooth.  For the benefit of the V6 list the water pump is not on this drive.

Still get a rattle.  I looked today at the tension adjuster while the car was
running and it has a definite "bounce" to it.  I also see the crank pulley has
a bit of a wobble.  This is an ASP underdrive pulley.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
