[Shotimes] Airbag light flashes

6 flashes is a clockspring, and it's easy, but expensive. It's REALLY easy
actually, you just have to remove 4 10mm bolts from the back of the steering
wheel. Once you pull the airbag out the clockspring is right there. And
no, 6 flashes is a clock spring, there's no other fix for it.

Subject: [Shotimes] Airbag light flashes

My 1992 airbag light is flashing--seems to be a "5-1" pattern....what does
it mean, how do I resolve it? I've heard it might be a bad clockspring, but
isn't there a module behind the glovebox I can check first? The clockspring
replacement doesn't sound like fun....
Thanks!
