[Shotimes] +20 cam dyno results

The car is an ATX. I've been using the same Dynojet for all of my runs.
I have always thought my car was a little down on power compared to
others due to the lack of proper tuning. Maybe it's the Ford 80mm MAF.
I don't really understand what's up with the numbers. The car ran a
14.8 at 94.4 mph last summer when it dynoed 188hp. It may be the fact
that I've never had the car tuned for the Ford 80mm MAF aside from what
SHO Shop programmed when they sold it to me. I look forward to Indy
when I can compare my car to others on the same track. Timeslips should
tell the rest of the story.
Oh, my father's bolt-on 92 dynoed at 222hp just before mine went up on
the rollers.

Mike,
Not really trying to piss I your cheerios here, but were those results
on a
Dynojet? I believe the car is an MTX, but it wouldn't happen to be an
ATX,
would it?
Reason I ask is that I know of more than a few 3.0 MTX cars that get
over
200 HP with just bolt-ons, and I personally know of three that got 207
or
better (the 3rd was about 209, IIRC).
Power jus seems to be on the law side, although the increase for the
cams
looks pretty good.

Just got back from the dyno. Made four runs to get a baseline for
tuning. From the start of the run up to 5750 rpm, there was no change
from before the cam install. By 6k, there was a 5hp difference, at 6250
was a 12hp change, 18hp at 6500, 22 hp at 6750, and 24 hp at 6900 rpm.
Peak horsepower is now 195 at 6300 rpm. Previously, it was 184 at 6000.
That is without tuning the LPM. The A/F ratio runs between 12.5 and
11.9. Perhaps there is a little to gain there.
I need to move the shift points up to take advantage of the new power.
What kind of results are other people getting from cams?
