It's easy. Take it to your local machine shop and have them boil it out. Then
take it to the sand blaster and have him go over it. Then, off to the powder
coater for a little bling-bling.

  Subject: [Shotimes] Intake removal

I removed the intake on the '90 today(Drippy)and I found oil in the plug
wells and the cam covers are pretty much toast.I will replace with new gaskets
and plug seals later.I inspected the intake and its disgusting.I will give it
a massive cleaning.I also inspected the intake side of the heads, good grief
are they nasty.
There is sludge boo-coo on #6.4 and 5 arn't too bad.2 and 3 pretty bad
too.But #6 is awful.I got a slot screwdriver and removed at least a 1/4" of
sludge. My question is how do you remove this sludge crap.Scrape off all I
can, then squirt carb cleaner down the holes????
  Help please!
