Using the north-south orientation, the left is the drivers side, the right
is the passenger, so, when the engine is turned 90 degrees, the left is the
radiator and the right is the firewall.

Are you guys sure?
This means that if the engine was mounted in the normal north-south
configuration, the left side of the motor would be on the right side of the
car, and visa versa.

The front of the engine is where all the pulleys are. Therefore the left
side would be the firewall side and the right side is the radiator side. I
don't know if this is how the O2 sensors are labled though, if thats what
you are trying to figure out.
