Out of context (or in context) that statement makes absolutely no sense.
Imagine 200 years from now when some other life form comes to our planet,
searches the internet, finds the old SHOTimes e-mail list, and comes across
that statement!!!! It will baffle them and forever rank us as inferior life
forms in the universe.
Someday the Wheels of Dame Fortune will turn my way....or maybe I'll just
hynotize all of you and rid the world of this ridiculous convention!!!!
Stare the big spinning disc....follow the swinging pocket
watch....concentrate on the sound of my voice....you are getting
sleepy....repeat after me....left is left, right is right....feeling calm
and relaxed....repeat after me....front is front, rear is rear....as I count
to three you will awake from the best sleep ever....feeling
refreshed....1....always remember left is left, right is right....2....front
is front, rear is rear....3.
"And that's all I have to say 'bout that." - Forrest Gump
BTW, what about the Toyota Prius Hybrid??? Where's the front and rear of
that car's....ummmm....drive system??? Is the electric motor connected to
the front or rear of the gas engine??? It utilizes a continuously variable
transmission. If the gas engine is on one side of the trans and the
electric motor is on the other, does the trans have a front and/or rear???
Where is the generator mounted??? On the front or rear of the gas engine???
OR on the front or rear of the electric motor??? Does an electric motor
have a front and a rear??? How could it, the damn thing is round!!!
All I know is that the "headlights are on the FRONT and the taillights are
on the REAR", and thank God you guys can never mess that up!!!! :^)
