[Shotimes] Tire size

Per Kumho, the 245 712s have a 9.1" tread width (9.6" section width), and
the 225 VictoRacers are 8.6" tread width (9.2" section width)

It's all in where they measure them. They obviously measure them differently
than you do. One clue is in the "Measured Rim Width" column. That is the rim
width used to get the measurement specs that follow. If you have a different
rim width than what they used, YMMV.

Probably the same deal as having one mfrs 225 tire being narrower than
another mfrs.
