[Shotimes] FAQ is screwed!!!

The new owner thought that making the FAQ able to "update itself" would be a great asset. Unfortunately since he doesn't monitor the content at all, it quickly goes to hell.  There is still a lot of good data on there, and a lot of old/out dated/incorrect info as well.   Wonder if Evan would be willing to hand the reigns to someone else.

IMNSHO, it has gone downhill since the new owner took over. This is the time
when it could be a great asset to the SHO community. As a comparison, the V8
FAQ is constantly updated and is a valuable source.
