[Shotimes] Loose Steering Rack

True but Peter has a 92 so he is blessed with not
having VAPS. FWIW, I believe that the gen2 VAPs rack
is the same as the continental from the same vintage.
As some know, the gen3 rack (which has nothing to do
with this discussion) is a proprietary German made ZF
rack. I know that Dave Garber was going to install
one; has anyone else done this? I have a gen1 and a
gen3 rack sitting around in my garage and I'm not sure
what to do with them. I was going to ditch my 93 VAPs
rack during the engine swap but I have so much to
replace during the swap that it may take a year..
