Really are 2 ways to fix this. Michael's way which adds shims to eliminate
the slop or the directions I have which is to dimple the sides in to reduce
the slop but it's much more work than adding shims. I think both methods
work and of course there is a safety issue with reducing the collapsible
shafts ability to move in and out during a crash?
