[Shotimes] Police Gauges Need Help

Ok here is what I know so far;
The Police Gauges were an option to the Gen II Police
Pkg 1992-1995

All of my books and literature says that the option
was "delayed" for 1992.

The wiring diagram first shows up in the 1993 EVTM

The gauges have a wiring harness attached that plugs
into the car wiring harness actually two different
plugs and a wire (white) that runs to the sending
unit.  For just an interior bulb, ground, and 5 wires
for the gauges (9 separate circuits), there are 18
wires in the gauge harness.   

I just took out my radio and coin tray/cup holder
looking for the wiring harness and it is not there. 
Not sure why.  

Does any one have or have seen the factory
installation of the Police Gauge Pkg?  If so where did
the wiring harness originate?
