[Shotimes] battery-in-trunk fundamentals

I simply cut the battery post terminal off the oem positive battery cable
and replaced it with a quick disconnect plug from www.wattekwire.com. I
used a pair of their #37772 "POWERPOLE HOUSING 120 AMP RED" connectors.
Then encase #2 battery cable in corrugated split loom and ran this through
the firewall and along the passenger side floorpan to the trunk.

The ECU ground connection and the oem battery ground cable were both
grounded securely to the chassis. This connection is located where the
battery tray originally sat. The new battery ground connection is at the
right rear fender well area.

If your headlamp harness is the suvlights.com setup (or similar), you could
either keep the connection with the oem battery cable or move it to the POS
post at the under-hood fuse box. The suvlights.com harness was actually
designed for connecting at the fuse box. That's where I located mine and it
works fine.

There are a few photos of my rear mounted battery and ground cable location
here,

I'm about to tackle moving my 92's battery to the trunk. Please help me get
a picture of how this is going to work. Somewhere in the trunk (I can
figure this out) there's a short, stout ground cable to the car body. Here
are my questions:

1. The 92 still has the starter relay on the fender wall, not integrated
into the starter assembly. Does the relay move to the trunk? Or does the
red (positive) cable coming from the trunk connect to this relay?

2. I'm trying to imagine how the present battery cables will change. I'll
have to change their terminals, yes, but where will they connect?

3. What's the consensus about the engine computer's ground? Robert Bruce
has said that despite old info, the computer can handle grounding to the
body without a separate wire to the battery. Are we agreed on this?

4. My 92 now has a headlamp harness that taps directly into the battery.
What are the new tap points in a trunk-battery car?

TIA
