Jonas;
Lot different than a V8. Subframe needs to come out. Not hard, but you need
a way to hang the engine still in midair. Regular engine hoist could work,
but a engine support brace works better, and can be bought, borrowed, or
home-made. See SDPATT on TechSHO list and search for him and clutch job.
Excellent write-up & even blue-print drawings!! 2x4s are the main
ingredient.

> So it looks like the clutch in my wife's red 92 is on it's last grit, and
I'm trying to line up all the parts to change it out.

know my way around a car and have had the transmission out of my Mustang a
few times now.

(before it gets too cold.)

Gary Chapman's list:

> 1 N801408S Plastic pin for throw-out bearing
> 1 F1DZ7A537A Clutch/PP kit/PP bolt kit
> 3 D1FZ6397B Flywheel dowels
> 2 N804021S60 LCA bolts
> 2 N803985S160 LCA nuts

> 1 E6FZ-7N620-B Lower TOB release shaft bushing

I'll fabricate one from a sheet of felt if I have to.

one machined (which could be difficult on a weekend), but at that price I
wonder how good it would be.

assist me. I just have a floor jack, two bottle jacks, and 4 jackstands.

myself, but I might not have if it were much heavier. Any idea what the
SHOs weighs?
