[Shotimes] filling MTX

I was told that if the fluid was cool, you should be able to just touch 
the fluid with your pinky stuck in the fill hole.  That way when it 
heats up it is at the bottom of the hole where it is supposed to be.

But really, fill till about to run out of the hole (car level) and let 
it be.
