[Shotimes] Was 3rd brake light.. Now no parking lights?

Well i fixed the parking light problem, it was the dimmer switch inside the
car??
How does that affect it?? But a good hit of the rotary dimmer and the
parking lights came on and stayed on..
Now to go and figure out the 3rd brake light dimness

Sounds like a bad ground with the just barely lighting.  Do you have
battery voltage at the affected lights?
