If the horn blows, the clockspring is still good and the cruise should still
work!!

Nonetheless, a '90 is tested against the 1990 NOX standards, so any change
in their procedure should not affect it.

Happy to say that Snowwind did it again............better than passed his
state emissions test.............includes the newer NOX emissions
part.......
  original O2 sensors, exhaust, cats and muffs........the tester couldn't
quite believe it.
   
  The only thing he didn't seem to want to do was "BLOW HIS
HORN".......passed anyway.
   
  This evening, I get home and test the horn.......of course you know
already......he blew!!!!
