[Shotimes] don's cams, a report

Maybe he said four degrees, and maybe he does something else, but that
he said you could get some adjustment that way, just not enough to do
the job right.
In a tiny circle like the cam, it doesn't take much to get a few
degrees, there are 360 of them so one is not much movement.
