This guy bought some emblems from me on eBay and didn't include his color
selection so I sent white emblems. He decided after he got them that he wanted
a different color so I said:

When you paid with Paypal, there is a comments section for entering your color
selection. You did not select or request any particular color. I will gladly
exchange the emblems if you return the white ones, or I can send you another
RED set for $12 shipping included.


The guy thought I should send him a second set for free and left me negative
feedback on my ebay account. Boy does this piss me off...


Any suggestions on how to handle this?
