The real world measured lift is higher than the published specs (at least
for the 3.0L intake) as we ran into this discussion in using these for a
NASA USTCC race and what would happen if a post race teardown was completed
(ie, the cams would measure higher than the shop manual).  They are just
"hotter" for whatever reason than published (don't you think the techs would
smile on that :)  Moot, since I think later Dan B. got approved for the SHO
to run +40 cams with other mods on a 3.2L since he was 2 secs lap slower
than a competitive car.  I digress...

I don't remember if anybody came up with an accurate centerline , but the
OEM ATX intake (vs MTX intake) are retarded by 2 degrees (not on the
bolt/dowel hole, but the cam grind itself).  Only to note that since this
would affect if you are working with +20 (ATX core base) or +40 (MTX core
base).
