This is one reason I never leave feedback first.......well that and the fact 
that 50+ others didn't feel the need to leave me any feedback at all after 
leaving them a positive.  175 pos & 0 neg.....I understand your 
frustrations, keeping a clean slate can be quite a challenge, especially 
dealing with the general public.
