[Shotimes] still no crank after Fuel pump replaced

On the left (driver's side) wall of the trunk, there is a little round opening in the carpeted panel. Stick a finger in there, feel downward, and see if the button on the fuel cutout switch is in the 'up' position. Push it down and wiggle it a little bit, then try again.
If that doesn't work, pull the plug from the fuel pump at the top of the tank and see if turning the key on sends voltage to the plug. If not, get an electrical manual and trace the circuit. If there is power, try reseating the connector. If that doesn't work, it's time to pull the pump again and see if the wires are loose or if you have a bad pump.
