[Shotimes] 2006 BMW 330i replaces SHO

Thanks.  This is a good start into this world.  The only issue I have
at the moment is getting the car up to the 7000 RPM redline because
apparently you're supposed to honor a 4500 RPM limit during the first
1250 miles.  Fortunately the car has a low of low end torque to
compensate for the other urge.

At some point there should be an E90 based version of the M3 with SMG
that might be worth a try if I want to go fast, or the 545 if more
room is needed.  BTW, over on the BMW message boards I read there was
quite an outcry when BMW first refused to bring a manual version of
the M5 which I understand has now been corrected.
