Leigh,

Don't you mean the inner edge tire wear is from Toe OUT?

Toe in makes the outside edge scrub, toe out makes the inner edge scrub 
more.

Also, camber will wear the inside more.  If you have toe problems, you 
will get a slightly scalloped edge, but if it is camber wear, it should 
be smooth.
