You can use the hoods from Gen 1 Sables. The inner bracing is different, but the
hood is the same outside, and the lifter mounts are in the right place. If you use a
Taurus hood, the right side lifter bracket will scrap and dig holes in the top of
the DIS. In addition, Taurus hoods have the two creases on each side of the top,
while Sable/SHO hoods just have the raised ridge in the center.

The headlight splash panel, that the headlights fasten to, is universal throughout
Gen 1 Tauri. Sables might be different because of their lit center grille design.
Any Taurus splash panel will work.

You will have to scrounge for a front bumper cover. THey are obsolete from the
factory, and aftermarket sources _"probably"_ don't make one for SHOs. There were
so few, that they probably didn't spend the money. You can ask your bodyshop to
check its aftermarket bumper sources, but don't hold your breath. Each year of Gen
1 SHO cover is different. There are probably a few available on the list here, but
many of them have the bottom center portion broken out, which happens easily when
the bumper hits a curb. I have a couple of '89s and a '90, but they are beat up and
far away (California).
