[Shotimes] 06 IMPALA....Replacement for SHO?

Well, styling is very subjective (I think the Altima/Maxima look far better than the 6). I've only driven a newer Maxima at the dragstrip, but I've been in my Ford buddy's 6 with a 5-speed a few times. Very nice car, but personally I give the edge to the Nissan twins for power, styling and interior quality (new Altima is much improved).

No one can go wrong with any of these cars, though. All three are very nice sport sedans.

I drove both of the Nissans before I before I bought my Mazda6. Even
though the Nissans were more powerful, the 6 felt more agile and
sure-footed (plus the styling is FAR better). After nearly two years, I
still love my 6 and have absolutely no regrets.

Yeah, but power-wise, I would go for an Altima or Maxima to stay with FWD.

Isn't the Mazda 6 pretty close to the gen 1 SHO?
