[Shotimes] High idle problems

Come on,  The IAB didn't just happen to go bad at the exact same time you
removed the intake.  Vacuum leak!!!

You can take it off and physically move the rod back and forth.  If the
rubber seal inside is shot it will leak.  You can see the seal.  And the IAC
post is in front of the throttle plate.  Maybe this can be sealed with your
finger when the engine is running.
