[Shotimes] Any way to make lights flash w\ unlock/lock?

Its funny but I've caught my car doing a very very very quick flash when
doing the double lock on the keyfob. It is so quick the lights barely have
time to light up. It's only on the lock phase too, at the same time as the
horn sounds.

Perhaps there is a way to increase that flash. Where is Paul Nimz's
electrical ingenituy? <- I know I spelled that wrong didn't I?

Im wondering if theres any way to make the headlights blink when I lock or
unlock the doors using my keyless remote? Is there a setting somewhere that
I can change? Im not looking to rewire the lights to blink, but just asking
if there is a setting somewhere....I know most new cars come with it
standard now.....
